Mumbai, India, September 2024 – Prajna Mohanty has been promoted to Executive Director – HR at Collabera, where she will now lead the company’s human resources strategies across India. In her new role, Prajna will focus on shaping and executing talent strategies, overseeing HR operations, and supporting business leaders in driving progressive people strategies.
Prajna joined Collabera in July 2022 as Director, People & Culture, where she crafted and implemented talent and HR strategies for the entire Global Delivery Center (GDC). Her contributions included designing HR policies, enhancing employee engagement, and driving high-performance culture initiatives across the organization.
Prior to joining Collabera, she held key HR leadership roles at Ascendion, SS&C Technologies, and NSEIT LIMITED, where she was responsible for HR operations and organizational transformation.
Throughout her career, Prajna has demonstrated expertise in HR operations, leadership development, and organizational transitions, enabling businesses to achieve sustainable growth. Her extensive experience spans over two decades, with roles at WNS, Woodfield Systems USA, and L T FOODS LIMITED, among others.
