Dubai, United Arab Emirates, June 2025 – Daisy Kleinhans has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources – UAE & Qatar at Fugro, the world’s leading Geo-data specialist. In her new position, Daisy will be responsible for overseeing HR strategy, talent management, and workforce planning across the UAE and Qatar, supporting Fugro’s ambitious business objectives in the region.
Prior to joining Fugro, Daisy served as HR Manager – Operations, MEAC Region at Wood, where she managed human resources for the Middle East, Africa, and Caspian regions. She played a pivotal role in building a robust HR function and aligning people strategy with operational goals.
Before her time at Wood, Daisy was HR Manager – International (MEICAP) at Sparrows Group in Dubai. In this capacity, she managed HR functions across international markets, ensuring efficient workforce deployment and compliance with regional regulations.
Earlier, Daisy led the global HR function at OEG Offshore, driving key initiatives in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and policy development. She managed both UK and UAE payroll and supported significant business transitions during OEG’s acquisition of Hoover Ferguson.
Her journey in HR began at Hoover Ferguson, where she advanced from HR Coordinator to Human Resources Manager – EMEA, overseeing teams and managing HR operations across multiple countries. Daisy’s experience also includes roles with Inspire PTL as a Support Worker and Project Trust as an Overseas Volunteer in Mauritius, where she taught and supported children in an orphanage.
