London, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Daniel Flifel has taken on the role of Director | Head of Talent Acquisition, UK&I at EY, where he will lead the Experienced Hires, Student, and Employer Brand teams across the UK and Ireland. In this capacity, Daniel will drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring the firm attracts top-tier professionals to support its continued growth and excellence in client service.
Bringing over two decades of experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and executive search, Daniel has a strong background in global talent strategy and employer branding. Prior to joining EY, he was Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, International Regions at AECOM, where he oversaw regional TA functions across Europe, India, the Middle East, Asia, and ANZ, managing an annual hiring volume of approximately 6,500 hires.
Before that, he held multiple leadership roles at AECOM, including Director of Talent Acquisition for Europe & India and Director of Talent Acquisition & Mobilisation for the Middle East & Africa. Daniel also brings valuable expertise from Michael Page Middle East, where he served as Regional Manager, and Realstone Consulting, where he expanded executive search services in the GCC region.
With a proven track record in talent attraction, operational leadership, and AI-driven recruitment strategies, Daniel is well-positioned to enhance EY’s talent acquisition framework and strengthen its employer brand across the UK and Ireland.
