Berlin, Germany, October 2024 — think-cell Software is thrilled to announce the appointment of Daniela Strazza as the new Head of People & Organization. In this role, Daniela will lead all aspects of the company’s people strategy, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and fostering a strong workplace culture. Her extensive experience in HR leadership will support think-cell Software’s continued global growth and innovation.
Prior to joining think-cell, Daniela Strazza was the Head of People at Reonic for nearly five months. During her time there, she was responsible for overseeing the people strategy and managing on-site HR operations in Berlin.
Before her role at Reonic, Daniela served as Global Head of People at Y42, where she led the company’s HR functions for nearly three years. In this role, she focused on scaling the team, talent development, and optimizing HR processes to support the company’s rapid growth in the data orchestration industry.
Daniela also held multiple senior HR positions at SumUp, including Tech Talent Acquisition Chapter Lead and Europe TA Lead for Finance, Compliance & People Teams. Over the course of nearly three years, she successfully grew the tech recruiting team and led talent acquisition initiatives across Europe.
Earlier in her career, Daniela worked in recruitment and talent acquisition roles at Mercado Livre, General Motors, and SKY Brasil, where she developed her expertise in talent management and diversity programs, making her a valuable asset in HR leadership.
