Houston, Texas, United States, July 2025 – Daniella G. has been appointed as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Weatherford, a leading global energy services company. In this new role, she will lead the company’s global talent acquisition strategy, aligning it with Weatherford’s ongoing transformation and growth ambitions across 75 countries.
Daniella has been with Weatherford for nearly 11 years, taking on increasing leadership responsibilities. Most recently, she served as Global Human Resources Director – Global Product Lines, RD&E, IT & Business Transformation, and prior to that, she held senior HR roles focused on global product lines, health, safety, security & environment (HSSE), and HR leadership across Latin America. Her work has spanned strategic HR transformation, organizational development, and talent strategy at a global scale.
Before joining Weatherford, Daniella spent close to 14 years at Baker Hughes, where she led talent acquisition for Latin America and managed HR systems, special projects, and business partnering across the Western Hemisphere, Africa, Europe, and South Latin America. Her long-standing expertise in both talent acquisition and strategic HR management positions her well to elevate Weatherford’s talent agenda.
