Danielle Dietrich Ascends to Vice-President Role at Baxter International Inc.

Danielle Dietrich has been appointed as the new Vice-President of HR for Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, DE&I, and HR for Kidney Care at Baxter International Inc. This promotion marks a significant step in Dietrich’s distinguished 11-year tenure with the company, highlighting her commitment and strategic prowess in human resources management.

Dietrich joined Baxter International in 2013 and has served in various senior roles, significantly impacting the company’s global HR strategies. Prior to her current position, she was the Senior Director II, HR Business Partner Global Functions & Global Talent Management Lead, where she managed strategic HR functions for 2,375 employees and implemented talent management initiatives across 14,750 global employees.

Before joining Baxter, Dietrich held significant positions at W.W. Grainger and CDW. At Grainger, she was the Organizational Development Manager, where she was pivotal in restructuring the US Sales organization and implementing a new Customer Service model. During her tenure at CDW as the Organizational Capability Manager, she was instrumental in developing succession planning processes and talent review systems that won the 2008 ASTD Citation of Excellence Award.

Dietrich’s early career involved strategic roles at Deloitte Consulting, where she honed her skills in change management and training, laying the groundwork for her subsequent achievements in HR and talent systems.
