Albright brings her extensive expertise to Akumin®, leading the HR Business Partner function and steering the company towards achieving its business goals through strategic people management.
Before her current role, Albright was pivotal at Palmetto, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources from December 2022 to April 2024. Here, she led significant initiatives to streamline HR functions and enhance organizational efficiency, showcasing her ability to guide and transform HR operations across the board.
At Philips, as the Senior Strategy Leader for Engagement and Country Council in North America, Albright spent over a year from August 2021, optimizing employee engagement and aligning the strategic HR framework with broader corporate objectives. Her tenure at Philips was marked by critical advancements in HR strategic integration and country-level HR policy development.
Prior to Philips, Albright was the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at MilliporeSigma from July 2019 to August 2021. She was responsible for developing and executing a robust D&I strategy across North America, ensuring it aligned with global directives while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
