Before joining Mercedes-Benz, Herlihy honed her skills at Faccenda Foods Ltd as a Learning and Development Officer, where she was instrumental in developing management training programs and supporting candidates through their ILM certification. Her earlier experience at dlc Hillesden Securities Limited further grounded her proficiency in regulatory training within the financial and debt recovery sectors, showcasing a versatile and dynamic approach to learning and development.

Mercedes-Benz, a global pioneer in the automotive industry, is renowned for its commitment to innovation, safety, and design. Herlihy’s role will be instrumental in steering the HR strategies that support the company’s vision and operational excellence in the UK.
