San Francisco Bay Area, United States, September 2025 – Gametime has announced the appointment of Danny Guillory as its new Chief People Officer. In this role, Guillory will lead Gametime’s people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, employee experience, workforce planning, and organizational culture as the company continues to expand its presence across the U.S. and Canada.
Guillory most recently served as Chief People Officer at Glassdoor, where he led all HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and organizational development, total rewards, people operations, employee experience, and workforce planning. His tenure included key achievements such as enabling generative AI adoption within the people team, launching universal and craft competencies, building the company’s first workforce planning function, and partnering closely with the CEO to foster executive team cohesion.
Prior to Glassdoor, Guillory held multiple leadership roles at Dropbox, including Vice President & Chief Diversity Officer, Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Interim Chief People Officer. At Dropbox, he helped shape a culture of high performance through advanced people analytics and inclusion initiatives, while also integrating diversity into product development and AI assessments.
Earlier, Guillory served as Head of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Autodesk, where he launched the company’s first global D&I program, established a mentoring network, and built high-potential talent pipelines worldwide. Before Autodesk, he led Innovations International as CEO for two decades, providing organizational learning programs in diversity, inclusion, creativity, and innovation to clients globally.
Guillory began his career as an Attorney at Pillsbury Madison & Sutro before transitioning into HR and leadership development. He has also served on boards including the San Francisco Board of Education, Lycée Français de San Francisco, and Project Vega, reflecting his deep commitment to community engagement.
