Denver, Colorado, United States, September 2025 – HOONIGAN has announced the appointment of David Fink as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In his new role, Fink will lead the company’s global HR strategy, supporting HOONIGAN’s continued growth while ensuring people, culture, and organizational design align with its bold and dynamic automotive legacy.
Fink most recently served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Honeywell, where he supported the integration of Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions (CAES) into Honeywell Aerospace Technologies following its acquisition. His leadership was instrumental in navigating cultural transformation and aligning talent practices with Honeywell’s global operations.
Before Honeywell, Fink was Chief Human Resources Officer at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions (CAES) for nearly three years. Leading through private equity ownership under Advent International, he oversaw HR strategy, organizational transformation, and value creation—exceeding performance targets and advancing the company’s readiness for exit.
Earlier, he spent close to a decade with Airbus, serving as Vice President, Regional Head of Human Resources – North America and later as Chief Human Resources Officer of Airbus US Space & Defense, Inc. In these roles, he led HR functions across the region, strengthening workforce strategies in aerospace and defense. His contributions included developing scalable HR systems and fostering leadership development in complex, multinational environments.
Fink’s earlier career includes senior HR and leadership roles at Rio Tinto, Pratt & Whitney, and Arch Chemicals (Olin spin-off), where he specialized in organizational design, succession planning, and performance management. He began his professional journey at Fox River Mills, where over nearly a decade, he advanced from production roles to HR leadership and operations management—gaining a foundation in workforce engagement and operational excellence.
