Hughes brings over three years of dedicated service at Oliver James, where he has progressed through various leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Regional Head Of People & Performance, where he led regional talent initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration and aligning people strategies with business goals. Prior to that, he excelled as Lead People & Performance Partner, and earlier as Senior People And Performance Partner, implementing impactful training programs and driving employee engagement.
Before joining Oliver James, Hughes held key roles at Huxley, where he managed the Life Sciences Contract Division, specializing in interim solutions for the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. His tenure at Reed Screening saw him leading teams responsible for compliance and pre-employment vetting for high-profile clients, honing his skills in screening and onboarding processes.
