McLean, Virginia, United States, August 2024 – David Mammina has been named the Director, Talent & Leadership Development, Americas at Hilton, a global leader in the hospitality industry. In his new role, David will be responsible for driving talent and leadership development initiatives across the Americas, focusing on nurturing top talent and ensuring effective leadership within the region.
Before stepping into this role, David served as the Regional Human Resources Director, Luxury at Hilton from January 2022 to August 2024, where he oversaw HR operations for Hilton’s U.S. luxury portfolio. His efforts were pivotal in aligning HR strategies with the company’s business objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and luxury hospitality.
Earlier in his career at Hilton, David was the Human Resources Director at Hilton Boston Logan Airport, where he managed all HR functions, and the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Conrad Washington DC.
David also served as the Director of Training & Quality at Conrad Washington DC, where he was instrumental in implementing quality and training programs that enhanced guest experience and employee satisfaction.
