Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area, February 2025 – David Rindt has stepped into the role of Senior Director, Human Resources – Total Rewards at C.H. Robinson, where he will lead the company’s compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy to attract and retain top talent. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, organizational design, and succession planning, David will play a crucial role in driving HR transformation and employee engagement across the organization.
Prior to this appointment, David Rindt served as Director, Human Resources – Product/Technology Organization at C.H. Robinson, where he partnered with the Chief Operating Officer to align HR strategies with business transformation, digital innovation, and workforce planning. He played a key role in organizational restructuring, leadership succession, and change management to drive long-term business success.
Before that, he held the position of Director, Human Resources – APAC (International Assignment) at C.H. Robinson, leading HR operations across Asia Pacific, Oceania, and India. During his tenure, he built regional HR teams, implemented payroll and leave management systems, and established HR business partnerships to support over 2,300 employees in 40+ locations. His work in succession planning, talent development, and market expansion strengthened C.H. Robinson’s HR capabilities in the region.
Earlier, David served as Principal HR Business Partner at C.H. Robinson, overseeing HR operations for the Global Forwarding division, supporting 4,000 employees worldwide. He led initiatives in career path development, global leadership training, and HR alignment with business goals, while also managing two large-scale acquisitions across Europe, Asia, and the U.S.
His experience also includes HR leadership roles at Vail Resorts, where he served as Senior HR Manager and Senior HR Generalist, playing a key role in international HR expansion, compensation strategy, and employee engagement initiatives. He also contributed to HR transitions for resort acquisitions in Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and the Bahamas.
David began his HR career at Six Flags, where he served as Recruitment Supervisor, managing the Midwest regional hiring program and overseeing international recruitment efforts across multiple countries.
