Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – CEAT Limited, a flagship company of RPG Enterprises, has announced the appointment of Debashish Roy as its new Chief Digital Transformation Officer. With extensive experience in digital innovation and transformation, Debashish will spearhead the integration of advanced digital tools to enhance CEAT’s operations, improve product offerings, and drive customer engagement. Reporting directly to Amit Tolani, Chief Executive of CEAT Specialty, he will play a pivotal role in aligning digital strategies with the company’s broader vision of innovation and growth.

Debashish Roy joins CEAT from Pfizer, where he held the position of Director and Head – Transformation, Digital Innovation, and Customer Experience. Over his two-year tenure, he led initiatives to deliver measurable digital solutions, leveraging customer insights and operational excellence to create next-generation integrated experiences for patients and healthcare professionals.

Previously, Debashish served as Head – Digital Health Innovation at Abbott, driving innovative healthcare paradigms and establishing strategic partnerships to scale digital solutions. His earlier roles include Engagement Manager – Management Consulting at PwC, focusing on customer strategy and sustainable revenue growth, and Senior Management Consultant at Cognizant, where he provided strategic guidance in healthcare projects across India and the United States.

Debashish’s professional journey is marked by numerous achievements, including leadership in digital transformation projects, customer-centric strategies, and operational excellence. His diverse experience across multiple industries positions him well to lead CEAT’s digital transformation agenda.
