Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, December 2024 – Hill International, Inc., a global leader in program, project, and construction management, has appointed Sindhu Madhavan as Talent Acquisition Manager – KSA. In this role, Sindhu will oversee the strategic recruitment of top talent across Saudi Arabia, aligning hiring initiatives with Hill International’s ambitious project management goals in the region. Her expertise will be pivotal in identifying and securing high-caliber professionals to drive innovation and excellence across Hill’s diverse portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects.

Sindhu brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having spent six years at Jacobs in various leadership capacities. Most recently, as Head of Talent Acquisition, she successfully managed recruitment strategies for sectors including transport, energy, and advanced facilities across the Middle East and India. Her tenure saw her lead efforts in diversity and inclusion, employer branding, and senior stakeholder management.

Before Jacobs, Sindhu spent nine years at Hector & Streak Consulting Private Limited, where she served as Business Head – Talent Acquisition & Operations. In this capacity, she managed cross-functional leadership searches, partnering with clients in sectors such as infrastructure, oil and gas, and pharmaceuticals. Her earlier roles at Mangalam, Omam Consultants, and Man Industries Ltd solidified her expertise in HR management and talent acquisition.
