Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, February 2026 — Deborah Moore has started a new position as Vice President, People at Sealed Air Corporation, where she will lead enterprise people strategy and continue to shape the company’s global people experience and organizational capability.
Prior to this appointment, Deborah Moore served in multiple senior leadership roles at Sealed Air Corporation, most recently as VP, Global People Experience, Service and Support, where she oversaw global people experience, people services, people technology, and payroll. Before that, she held roles including Vice President, Global HR Operations & Supply Chain HRBP, Vice President, HR – Americas, and VP, Global HRBP – Functions / Organizational Effectiveness Lead, driving large-scale HR operations, organizational effectiveness, and regional people strategy across the Americas and global functions.
Earlier in her career, Deborah spent nearly nine years at AVINTIV, where she progressed through senior HR leadership roles including Global HR Director, Operations Business Partner, Manager, Staffing, Development and HRIS, and Manager, Human Resources Management Systems. During this period, she strengthened operational HR frameworks, talent systems, and workforce development strategies supporting complex manufacturing environments.
She also held leadership positions as Human Resources Manager at Essel ProPack and Professional Development Manager at Keane, Inc, building expertise in organizational development, talent management, and professional capability building.
Deborah began her career with a decade-long tenure as a Trainer at Presto Products, Inc, where she developed foundational expertise in workforce training and employee development that shaped her long-term focus on people growth and organizational performance.
