Bogor, West Java, Indonesia, April 2025 – Dedi Herman Simamora has been appointed as Head of Human Capital at Mayapada Hospital, a premier Indonesian healthcare institution known for its international standards and patient-centric care. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the hospital’s strategic human capital initiatives, talent development, and workforce planning to support continued clinical excellence and organizational growth.
Prior to this appointment, Dedi Herman Simamora served at BMHS (Bundamedik Healthcare System) for nearly two years. Most recently, he held the role of People Partner Department Head, where he led human capital strategy for RSU Bunda Jakarta and RSIA Bunda Jakarta. Earlier within BMHS, he was Head of Human Capital Department for over a year, focusing on talent management, HR operations, and workforce engagement.
Before joining BMHS, Dedi worked with RS Columbia Asia Indonesia in Medan for nearly five years, serving in progressive roles from Finance Staff to Human Resources Supervisor, gaining a comprehensive understanding of healthcare HR functions, training and development, and employee relations.
He began his career as a Database Administrator Intern with PT PLN (Persero) in Medan, where he built his foundational skills in data management and systems administration.
