With close to two decades of HR leadership experience across financial services, investment, logistics, and healthcare sectors, Deep brings a proven record of driving organizational transformation, leadership development, and HR technology implementation.
Prior to joining Venture Catalysts++, Deep served as Head HRBP, L&D, and Engagement at IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd., where he spearheaded initiatives in learning management systems, HR analytics, and talent engagement, contributing to a high-performance, future-ready workforce.
Previously, at Prabhudas Lilladher Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., he played a pivotal role as AVP – Organization Development and HR, leading major initiatives such as the Darwinbox HRIS implementation, performance management transformation, and strategic senior hiring. His efforts in digitizing HR processes, policy integration, and leadership evaluation frameworks significantly enhanced organizational effectiveness.
Earlier in his career, Deep led HR transformation projects as Head – Organizational Development at Hindu Sabha Hospital and served in HR and Industrial Relations at NYK Auto Logistics (India) Pvt. Ltd. His cross-sector experience gives him a well-rounded understanding of people strategy and operational excellence.
At Venture Catalysts++, Deep will lead the HR function with a focus on people development, leadership enablement, and scaling organizational capability to match the firm’s multi-stage investment expansion. His expertise in digital HR systems and engagement frameworks will be instrumental in strengthening Venture Catalysts++’s talent infrastructure as it continues to back India’s most promising entrepreneurs.
