New Delhi, Delhi, India, January 2026 — Deep Pandey has joined Sunpure as Sales Director – India, bringing with him over 14 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. In his new role, Deep will be responsible for strengthening Sunpure’s sales growth in India and supporting the organization’s expansion in the fast-evolving solar and renewable energy ecosystem. With a strong track record of building and scaling business functions, he is expected to play a key role in driving Sunpure’s commercial strategy, partnerships, and market penetration initiatives across India.
Prior to joining Sunpure, Deep Pandey spent over four years at Aegeus Technologies Ltd, where he was a founding member and held leadership roles across business development and sales. Most recently, he served as Associate Vice President – Sales & BD, following his earlier role as National Sales Head. At Aegeus, he supported the development and expansion of technologies and solutions focused on protection and efficient use of energy across industries and utilities, contributing to business growth and customer engagement from early design stages through solution execution.
Before Aegeus, Deep built a significant part of his renewable energy career with Mahindra Susten, where he worked for over nine years in multiple roles spanning business development, construction management, and engineering. Starting as a Graduate Engineering Trainee, he progressed through roles including Electrical Engineer, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, and Construction Manager, eventually taking on the role of Business Development Manager. This trajectory highlights his deep exposure to solar project execution, operations, and commercial scaling, making him well-positioned to lead strategic growth in PV technology solutions.
With a unique blend of on-ground renewable project exposure and senior commercial leadership experience, Deep’s move to Sunpure aligns strongly with India’s accelerating focus on solar plant efficiency, automation, and next-generation O&M transformation.
Deep Pandey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management from Sikkim Manipal University – Distance Education.
