Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, November 2025 – Bhavna Corp. has appointed Deepak Bansal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In his new role, Deepak will lead the organisation’s global people strategy, talent ecosystem, leadership development processes, and culture transformation efforts. With over 18 years of diverse HR leadership experience, he will play a crucial role in strengthening Bhavna Corp.’s global talent framework and aligning the people agenda with its long-term business ambitions.
Deepak’s most recent assignment was with Royal Cyber Inc., where he served as Global Talent Acquisition Head. During this period, he led extensive global hiring programmes, scaling talent across multiple markets and strengthening the organisation’s worldwide recruitment capability. Prior to this, he served as a Member of the Board of Advisors, providing strategic consulting and advisory support across HR, talent, and organisational development matters.
Before Royal Cyber Inc., Deepak held a key leadership role as Sr. Director – Global Talent, People & Culture at HiLabs, where he built the organisation’s entire recruitment function from the ground up, executed large-scale hiring in India and the USA, established employer branding programmes, and shaped organisational culture. This followed his tenure as Director – Talent & Culture at apna, where he led workforce planning, HR analytics, talent performance strategies, succession planning, and end-to-end HR operations.
Deepak’s earlier experience includes a significant role as Talent Acquisition Leader – Product Engineering at UKG, where he supported hiring for specialised engineering teams across geographies. Prior to UKG, he founded and led Alpha Fortress & Talentwiser as Founder & Director – Talent & Culture, successfully creating recruitment strategies, supporting global workforce planning, building HR systems, and scaling teams for leading technology clients such as Clik.ai, Saviynt, Virtusa, FOYR, Biz2Credit, Siemens, and others.
Deepak’s career foundations were built through notable roles at Samsung Electronics, Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, and FIS, where he gained deep experience in shared services hiring, process improvement, vendor management, recruitment transformation, stakeholder engagement, HR project management, and scaling high-volume teams across India, Middle East, Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, and the Philippines. These experiences collectively shaped his strong expertise in HR transformation, workforce planning, talent operations, and global hiring ecosystems.
