Pune, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Deepali Khairnar has taken on a new role as Sr. Director – HR & IT at IAC International Automotive India Pvt. Ltd., marking a significant leadership milestone in her distinguished human resources career. In her expanded role, she will lead HR and IT strategy for IAC’s India operations, strengthening organizational capability, people systems, and digital enablement across multiple manufacturing and R&D locations.
In her current leadership journey at IAC International Automotive India Pvt. Ltd., Deepali has steadily progressed through senior HR leadership roles, most recently taking on the expanded responsibility of Sr. Director – HR & IT. She has been instrumental in leading HR, Industrial Relations, EHS, CSR, and IT functions across the India region, supporting a large multi-plant workforce and partnering closely with business leadership to drive transformation, governance, and people excellence.
Prior to this, Deepali served as Head HR (Corporate and R&D) at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, where she led business HR teams and centers of excellence spanning performance management, talent management, learning & development, and talent acquisition. Her work supported diverse business units, corporate functions, and R&D teams, contributing to leadership capability building and organizational effectiveness.
Earlier, she held the role of Head – Talent Management, OD, PMS & HR Analytics at Varroc, where she drove enterprise-wide talent interventions across multiple plants and technology centers. Her contributions included succession planning, competency mapping, leadership development programs, HR analytics, and performance management transformation initiatives.
Deepali began building her strong HR foundation during a long tenure at Tata Motors, where she worked as Lead HR Business Partner for critical R&D and engineering units. In this role, she partnered with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and change management for large, complex engineering teams.
Deepali holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Jankidevi Bajaj Institute Of Management Studies, which laid the academic foundation for her extensive leadership journey in human resources.
