New Delhi, Delhi, India, October 2025 – Heidrick & Struggles, a global leader in executive search, leadership consulting, and culture-shaping services, has announced the appointment of Deepti Agarwal as Partner in Heidrick Consulting, based in New Delhi. In her new role, Deepti will focus on business-led leadership development, assessments, and succession planning for CXOs and senior leaders across public and private sectors. She will also lead initiatives in large-scale skilling and culture transformation, helping organizations drive sustainable and impactful change.
Deepti Agarwal brings more than 15 years of experience in leadership consulting, talent management, and organizational development across global consulting firms. Her work has spanned diverse sectors including FMCG, manufacturing, steel, cement, and retail, where she has built deep expertise in designing leadership frameworks, assessment models, and capability-building programs.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Deepti served as a Partner at Deloitte, where she led leadership development and succession planning mandates for CXOs and senior business leaders. Over nearly nine years with Deloitte, she progressed through roles such as Director, Associate Director, and Manager, leading large-scale leadership interventions, psychometric assessments, and competency-based coaching. She was accredited in globally recognized tools such as Hogan’s Assessments, Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI), and Hay Group diagnostic instruments including Leadership Styles and Organizational Climate.
Before her tenure at Deloitte, Deepti spent over five years at Korn Ferry Hay Group, where she specialized in leadership assessment, talent management, and organizational design. Her work involved designing and facilitating development centers, defining competency frameworks, and conducting mergers & acquisitions HR due diligence and post-merger integration projects for leading multinational clients.
Earlier in her career, Deepti gained global exposure at ThoughtWorks in the United States, where she worked as a Senior Business Analyst and Iteration Manager, leading technology-driven organizational change initiatives. She also worked with UN Women (South Asia Regional Office) during her MBA internship, where she contributed to strategic partnerships and gender empowerment initiatives.
A graduate of ESADE Business School (Spain) with an MBA in Human Resources, Strategy, and Corporate Social Responsibility, Deepti also pursued an exchange term at the UBC Sauder School of Business, Canada. Her international academic and professional experience equips her with a global perspective on leadership, diversity, and organizational transformation.
