Salt Lake City, UT – January 2025 – Degreed, the global learning platform for workforce learning and skills development, has announced the appointment of Susie Lee as Chief Learning Officer (CLO) in Residence. In this role, Lee will advise Degreed customers and prospects while influencing change in the learning industry.
Since joining Degreed in 2016, Susie Lee has played a pivotal leadership role in propelling Degreed’s growth and strengthening global customer relationships. In her most recent role as SVP & Client Innovation Officer, she acted as a strategic advisor to Fortune 100 clients, overseeing Executive Advocacy programs, including the Client Advisory Board, The Shift Community, and other cross-functional strategic initiatives.
With a proven track record of leading learning transformation, Lee is uniquely positioned to understand the challenges and opportunities of Degreed customers. Prior to Degreed, she served as Head of Global L&D Technology Product Management & Initiatives at Bank of America, where she introduced the Degreed learning experience platform to over 300,000 employees.
