Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – Delnaaz Palsetia has joined the Godrej Industries Group as Head – Talent & Leadership Development. In this key role, she will lead enterprise-wide strategies to strengthen leadership pipelines, shape future capabilities, and drive learning-led transformation across the group’s diverse businesses.
Delnaaz brings over 15 years of experience in leadership development, talent consulting, and human capital strategy. Most recently, she was associated with Emeritus as Regional Director – Enterprise Solutions, where she worked closely with leading corporates to design and deliver impactful executive education and capability-building programs.
Earlier, Delnaaz spent nearly six years with DDI (Development Dimensions International), where she played a central role in driving leadership assessments, succession planning, and learning transformation initiatives across sectors. Her approach was grounded in diagnostics and development science, blending global insights with contextual relevance.
Prior to that, she held consulting roles at People Business Consulting and Heidrick & Struggles, and led leadership engagement at Tata Consultancy Services, where she enabled executive learning journeys. Her corporate HR experience includes nearly three and a half years at Tata Chemicals, where she worked on strategic HR projects and talent frameworks.
Delnaaz holds a strong foundation in communication, strategic leadership, and organizational learning. Her appointment at Godrej Industries Group comes at a time when the conglomerate is focused on shaping a future-ready talent ecosystem aligned with purpose, inclusion, and innovation.
