Madrid, Spain, September 2024 – Denis Aldighieri has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Exceltic, an established European engineering and consulting firm. In his new role, Aldighieri will oversee the company’s people strategy and drive initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.
Denis Aldighieri recently served as Delivery Executive Lead/Executive Programme Manager at Kyndryl for nearly 3 years. In this role, he managed large-scale delivery projects and led strategic improvements across various client engagements.
Prior to Kyndryl, Aldighieri was the Delivery Project Executive at Kyndryl for 1 year and 8 months. He was responsible for managing critical projects and ensuring successful delivery outcomes in the region.
Before joining Kyndryl, Aldighieri worked at IBM for about 10 years and 9 months. His roles included Delivery Executive Lead for CIC Poland and Senior Functional Manager, where he led delivery teams and managed client relationships in the region.
Earlier in his career, Aldighieri was a First Line and Delivery Programme Manager at IBM for 5 years. He played a key role in managing delivery programs and leading account management teams across the Nordics and Benelux.
Aldighieri also served as Service Delivery Manager at IBM for 2 years and 6 months, where he oversaw service delivery operations and client engagements.
