Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Devang Mehta has been promoted as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at the Anand Rathi Group. In this role, he will lead the group’s marketing vision and execution across its diversified financial services portfolio, including Stock Broking, NBFC, Wealth, and Insurance Broking.
Sharing the milestone, Mehta reflected that the last six years have been among the most defining of his career. He noted that when he joined the group, he had the opportunity to build the marketing function from the ground up, creating custom tools, systems, and processes aligned with the group’s values and DNA. He also highlighted the satisfaction of seeing the group scale across businesses and witnessing two of its entities get listed, delivering value to shareholders.
Devang Mehta has spent about six years with Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Ltd and the broader Anand Rathi Group, where he most recently served as Head of Marketing. In this capacity, he helped build and institutionalize the group’s marketing function, developing tailored marketing frameworks and capabilities that supported growth across multiple financial services verticals. His elevation to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) reflects this sustained leadership and the strategic foundation he has helped create over the years.
Before joining Anand Rathi, he was with Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd for over three years, where he progressed from Associate Vice President – Marketing to Vice President Marketing. This phase strengthened his expertise in brand building, performance-led marketing, and integrated go-to-market execution within a large-scale financial services environment.
He also held a brief stint as Chief Manager – Marketing at FASTTRACK HOUSING FINANCE PVT. LTD., adding exposure to marketing in lending-focused business contexts.
Earlier in his career, Mehta founded Pencil to Pixel – India, which he led for about five years. This entrepreneurial chapter likely deepened his strengths in brand craft, creative strategy, and end-to-end marketing execution.
His foundational experience also includes roles at Destimoney Enterprises Limited as Manager – Marketing and Advertising, along with earlier assignments at Krunal Graphics and Global Marketing, which contributed to his early grounding in business development and sales promotion.
