Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, December 2025 — Devesh Pareek has moved into an expanded leadership role within Adani Group as Head HR & Admin – Jaipur International Airport Ltd, strengthening the people and administrative leadership for one of Adani’s most strategic aviation assets.
This internal transition reinforces Adani Group’s focus on building strong people governance, operational excellence and workforce capability across its airport and infrastructure portfolio.
Devesh has been associated with Adani Group for nearly four years, most recently serving as Head – Human Resources for the Dredging & Harbour Business, where he led workforce strategy, talent governance and HR operations supporting complex marine and port infrastructure operations across India.
Prior to Adani, he spent over six years at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited, progressing through roles including Assistant General Manager – Human Resources, Senior HR Manager and HR Manager, where he built HR frameworks for manufacturing, corporate and plant operations.
Earlier in his career, he served as Site Lead – Talent Acquisition at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Baroda, managing large hiring volumes, vendor partnerships, campus recruitment, workforce analytics and diversity hiring programs.
He began his HR career across Reliance Communications and ICICI Bank–iProcess Services, gaining deep experience in executive search, bulk hiring, statutory compliance and recruitment operations.
