Dhari’s professional association with Dimah Capital spans nearly three years, during which he demonstrated exceptional leadership and organizational acumen as Human Resources & Admin Manager. His expertise in human capital management, policy development, and workforce engagement has been pivotal in aligning HR strategy with business priorities and driving operational excellence within the organization.
Before joining Dimah Capital, Dhari spent close to eight years with Aayan Leasing Co., where he served as Assistant Manager – Human Resources and Human Resources Supervisor. His contributions there included overseeing HR operations for multiple subsidiaries—such as Budget Rent a Car, Rekab Rent a Car, and Aayan Garage—managing recruitment, training, and payroll systems, and implementing company-wide policies and employee engagement initiatives. Dhari also led the company’s corporate social responsibility program and performance management processes, reflecting his holistic understanding of organizational culture.
Earlier in his career, Dhari worked at the Ministry of Education, Kuwait, where he handled recruitment and international teacher selection in compliance with national education standards. His foundational professional years included client service and operational roles at Al-Sayer Facilities, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, National Bank of Kuwait, and Villamoda, providing him with diverse experience in customer relations, financial services, and hospitality management.
