Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 — GyanSys Inc. has announced the appointment of Dhipak Dhar as Country Head and Executive Vice President – India, marking a significant step in strengthening the company’s leadership presence in one of its most strategic global markets. Dhar assumes the role with a mandate to accelerate business growth, expand client partnerships, and deepen delivery excellence across India and APAC.
Dhipak Dhar joins GyanSys Inc. following his tenure as Chief Business Officer at Nihilent, where he contributed to driving enterprise growth initiatives and strengthening client engagement. Prior to this, he spent over five years with Capgemini as Senior Director – Business Unit Leader for Americas and APAC, leading large multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex global programs. His experience at Capgemini reinforced his reputation as a leader skilled in managing cross-border operations and high-value client relationships.
Earlier in his career, Dhar served as Director – Hi Tech BU Leader at Emids, where he led delivery excellence for Fortune 500 clients and played a key role in pre-sales and strategic pursuits. His ability to blend technology expertise with business outcomes was further honed during his time with Publicis Groupe and Cognizant as Senior Client Partner, managing Oracle-led transformation programs for leading retailers across the Middle East and India.
Dhar’s longest professional stint was with Infosys, where over nearly a decade he held multiple leadership roles including Account/Program Manager – Europe and Project Manager. He successfully headed the Poland Technology Solutions center, managed P&L responsibilities, and delivered large-scale programs for global majors such as Philips, Rio Tinto, John Deere, and P&G. His international exposure across North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East has equipped him with a strong understanding of global delivery models and client success frameworks.
With more than 15 years of experience in delivery management, large-deal pursuits, and client leadership, Dhipak Dhar is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing GyanSys Inc.’s growth agenda, particularly in SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, and analytics transformation services across India and global markets.
