Rome, Lazio, Italy, April 2025 – Diana Consalvo has taken on a new leadership role as Head of Organization & Talent Acquisition and Development at Entain, where she now oversees the company’s organizational design, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employer branding efforts. Reporting directly to the HR Director, Diana leads a team of six professionals and drives strategic initiatives that align people development with business outcomes.
In her previous role as HR L&D and Organization Manager at Entain, Diana spent over four years managing the full spectrum of training programs, performance reviews, e-learning platforms, and organizational diagnostics. She also spearheaded key initiatives like succession planning, coaching, and internal academy development.
Before joining Entain, she spent five years at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where she was Commercial Training Manager for the EMEA Region for brands like Lancia and Jeep. Diana designed, delivered, and localized blended training solutions across 18 markets, ensuring consistent capability building for regional sales networks.
Earlier in her career, she served as an E-Learning Project Manager at Renault Consulting, and contributed to the academic ecosystem as a qualified teaching expert in communication at Sapienza University of Rome, where she also managed instructional design and distance education.
