Diane Hund, boasting an extensive eight-year tenure at Kraft Heinz, steps into her new role with a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success within the company. Previously holding the position of Associate Director, HRBP – North America Growth Office, Hund played a pivotal role in supporting the company’s growth initiatives within the North American market. Prior to her contributions in the Growth Office, Hund was instrumental in leading HR strategies for the Sales, Strategic Accounts, and Customer Development Organization. Additionally, her expertise extended to supporting over 450 employees across Finance, Accounting, Legal, Corporate Affairs, and HR functions, showcasing her broad skill set and versatility in handling diverse HR challenges.

Before her impactful journey at Kraft Heinz, Hund was an Executive Compensation Associate at Pearl Meyer, where she honed her skills in executive compensation and talent management. This experience laid the foundation for her subsequent roles and achievements in the HR field.
