Her journey before consulting included significant roles at DEMICA and Six Degrees, where she held the position of Chief People Officer. During her tenure at DEMICA, Cook was instrumental in developing and executing strategic recruitment planning, performance motivation, and implementing critical changes in human resource development that aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.
