New Delhi, India, June 2024 – Digvijay Kapoor has joined Servotech Power Systems Limited as the new Vice President Human Resources. Bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership, Digvijay is set to drive HR strategy and operations, fostering a strong organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement.
Digvijay Kapoor joins Servotech Power Systems after a successful tenure at InvokHR Solutions, where he served as an Independent Consultant from June 2023 to June 2024. During his time there, he provided strategic HR consulting and advisory services, helping organizations streamline their HR processes and improve overall efficiency.
Prior to this role, Digvijay was the Chief Business Officer at recruber from March 2023 to June 2024. At recruber, he was responsible for driving the company’s vertical and horizontal growth and expansion. His efforts focused on redefining productivity standards in talent acquisition through innovative SaaS solutions that leverage AI-driven matching and search BOTs.
From April 2021 to December 2022, Digvijay held the position of Vice President Human Resources at PACTAP, where he was responsible for leading the human resources function and working closely with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives that aligned with business objectives.
Before PACTAP, Digvijay served as the Associate Vice President Human Resources at Bada Business Pvt. Ltd. from September 2019 to March 2021. In this role, he led the HR function, driving the people agenda in sync with broader business goals and strategic objectives.
Digvijay’s career also includes significant roles at BSA Group – Facility Management & Skill Development, ASKME.com, Moolchand Healthcare, and Wipro BPS. His journey began as a Customer Service Associate at E-Call International Pvt Ltd and later as a Team Member at Cafe Coffee Day.
