Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2025 – C P Agrawal has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Steels Limited, marking a significant leadership transition for the company. In his new role, he will be responsible for strategic business growth, operational excellence, and strengthening Synergy Steels’ market leadership in stainless steel manufacturing.

C P Agrawal joins Synergy Steels Limited with over two decades of extensive experience in the stainless steel and special steel industry. Before this role, he spent nearly 23 years at Jindal Stainless, where he played a pivotal role in business growth, market expansion, and technology development. Most recently, he served as CBO & Business Head, leading the Strategic Sector, Defence & Aerospace, and Special Steels business, achieving significant milestones, including 500% business growth and securing key contracts from ISRO, DRDO, and OEMs.
Prior to that, he led Carbon Fiber & Glass Fiber Composites, Small Arms, and Ammunition businesses at Jindal Stainless, where he drove 600% revenue growth and established a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. His earlier roles at Jindal Stainless include spearheading stainless steel marketing for critical industries such as automotive, railways, process industries, and infrastructure, securing approvals from major OEMs like Honda, Hyundai, Maruti, and Toyota.
Before his tenure in marketing and business development, C P Agrawal contributed significantly to quality control, research, and product development at Jindal Stainless. He led pioneering projects in Duplex Stainless Steel, Invar-36, 201LN, and 204Cu alloys, significantly expanding India’s stainless steel capabilities in nuclear, automotive, and aerospace applications. His expertise in process control, technology transfer, and innovation has been instrumental in enhancing manufacturing efficiency and product excellence.
