Hollywood, Florida, June 2024 – Natalie R. has been named the new Chief People Officer at Common Health. Natalie brings a wealth of experience in human resources and operations, making her well-suited to lead the company’s people strategy.

Natalie R. has been with Common Health for approximately 1.5 years. Before her current role, she served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources for around 1.5 years, where she led all HR functions across South Florida for eight locations providing primary care and mobile health services. Natalie provided strategic direction and implemented procedures for recruiting, selection, hiring, and separation for all clinical facilities. She also assured suitable training offerings for employees to further career and organizational development.

Prior to joining Common Health, Natalie was the Human Resources Director at Peñate Medical Center for approximately 2.5 years. In this role, she was responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of the Human Resources Department, consulting with upper management and executives to plan and execute strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budgeting, and labor relations.

Before Peñate Medical Center, Natalie worked at SWCORP as the Executive Assistant to the CEO/Human Resources Manager for almost one year. She managed the robust calendar for the CEO, supported executive management in creating individual development plans, and led the corporate office remodel project.

Earlier in her career, Natalie was the Accounting/Human Resources Manager at Family Office UHNW for approximately 4.5 years. She facilitated product launches, increased sales by 42%, managed payroll, and led variance analysis, audit compliance, internal controls, budgeting, systems development, and training for all branches in two states.

Natalie also served as the Business Office Manager at CarMax for about three years, collaborating with the senior team to plan, develop, and implement sales, business, operations, and HR strategies. She successfully increased sales by 30% through the development and implementation of strategic plans.

Her career also includes roles as the Flagship Customer Service Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond for almost three years and the Executive Team Lead at Target for nearly five years, where she developed team-building activities, enforced company policies, and managed multiple departments.

Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
