Benicia, California, United States, January 2026 — Harv 81 Group – North America has announced the appointment of Dinah P. as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new executive leadership role, Dinah will lead the group’s people strategy across its portfolio companies, strengthening workforce capability, organizational culture, and long-term talent sustainability across North America.
Dinah P. brings over 15 years of progressive human resources leadership experience across manufacturing, healthcare, and industrial enterprises. Prior to her appointment as CHRO, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Harv 81 Group – North America, where she guided strategic HR planning, compensation and benefits modernization, performance management, and workforce governance across the organization’s growing portfolio.
Before this, she held the role of Human Resources Director at Harv 81 Group – North America, leading payroll administration, employee relations, and HR operations during a period of business expansion and portfolio integration.
Earlier in her career, Dinah served as Human Resources Manager at Cork Supply USA, where she supported workforce programs, employee benefits administration, and compliance across production operations. She also held HR leadership roles at United Technologies as Senior Human Resources Generalist and at Goodrich as Human Resources Specialist, gaining strong expertise in lean manufacturing HR frameworks, workforce planning, and industrial relations.
She began her career with NorthBay Healthcare Foundation in administrative leadership, building a foundation in people operations, compliance, and organizational support.
