Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — Dinesh Jain has been appointed as Senior Vice President – Global GCC Lead at Genpact, bringing with him more than 30 years of extensive leadership experience in the design, transformation, and management of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) for Fortune 500 clients across industries.
Before joining Genpact, Dinesh had a distinguished 13-year tenure at Accenture, where he most recently served as Managing Director – Global GCC/GIC/Captive Solution Lead. In this role, he led end-to-end strategies for setting up new GCCs, transforming existing ones, and devising exit strategies for underperforming centers. His work included engaging with clients, driving strategic conversations, and delivering blueprint-to-execution solutions across global locations.
Prior to this, Dinesh held the role of Managing Director – Australia-New Zealand and India GCC/GIC/Captive Solutions at Accenture, where he focused on GCC strategies across geographies and industries. He also led Technology APAC Health and Public Service Solutions, contributing significantly to business growth and operational excellence.
Earlier in his Accenture career, he was VP Technology / Health & Public Service across India, Europe, Africa, and Latin America. His work spanned solution design, implementation of large-scale healthcare and public service programs, and technology leadership across the APAC region.
Before Accenture, Dinesh served as Head – India Delivery Centre at General Mills, and as Executive Director – Technology at VitalHealth Software (Celpro Group BV), where he managed global delivery, product innovation, and strategic technology roadmaps. He also held leadership positions at Birla Technologies and Baan, and began his entrepreneurial journey as a Proprietor in the early 1990s.
