Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2025 – Dinesh Kumar Dua has stepped into the role of Associate Vice President at Max Healthcare, marking a new milestone in his nearly 9-year tenure with the organization. In this elevated capacity, he will continue shaping the strategic direction of payroll, compensation, and employee benefits for Max Healthcare’s growing workforce across India.
Dinesh’s journey at Max Healthcare began in August 2016. Over the years, he rose through the ranks—from AGM HR to Deputy General Manager, General Manager, and most recently as AVP – Corporate HR and Head Payroll and Employee Benefits. He has been instrumental in managing end-to-end payroll for 14,000+ employees, overseeing statutory compliance, vendor governance, and structuring total rewards programs aligned with corporate goals.
Before joining Max Healthcare, Dinesh served as Senior Manager – Corporate HR – Head C&B and Payroll at Doosan Power Systems India, where he led HR budgeting, performance appraisals, compensation planning, and expatriate management for 300+ foreign employees. His work also spanned global benchmarking initiatives and talent acquisition strategy for large-scale recruitment drives.
Dinesh’s earlier experience includes various HR leadership roles across organizations like Amsoft System Pvt. Ltd. and Omega Construction Equipment, where he built deep expertise in statutory compliance, payroll operations, policy implementation, and workforce engagement. With over two decades of experience, he brings exceptional acumen in aligning HR systems with business strategy.
