Daniel Gualdino Appointed as Head of People UK&I at Oatly

London, England, United Kingdom, November 2025 – Oatly, the global leader in plant-based dairy alternatives, has announced the appointment of Daniel Gualdino as Head of People UK & Ireland. In his new role, Daniel will lead the company’s people strategy, driving organizational design, talent development, and employee experience initiatives across the UK&I region to strengthen Oatly’s purpose-driven culture and sustainable growth agenda.

With over 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, Daniel Gualdino brings a rich blend of people analytics, cultural transformation, and strategic HR expertise to Oatly. Before this appointment, Daniel served at Culture Amp for more than three years, most recently as Lead People Strategist & UK Go-To-Market Lead, where he advised global organizations on improving employee experience, leadership effectiveness, and culture transformation using data-driven insights. Earlier, as Senior People Scientist, he partnered with over 50 global enterprises, helping them design high-performing, inclusive, and data-informed people strategies.

Prior to Culture Amp, Daniel led the People & Talent function at allplants, where he served as Head of People, Talent & Culture. There, he built the People & Talent infrastructure from the ground up, doubling headcount within a year while achieving strong engagement, DEI, and performance results. His contributions were instrumental in scaling allplants into one of the UK’s leading sustainable food startups.

Earlier, Daniel held key roles in tech and digital businesses, including Kheiron Medical and iTech Media, where he led people transformation initiatives across multiple regions. At iTech Media, he advanced from People & Talent Partner to People Lead, spearheading organizational design, performance management, and employee engagement frameworks across the UK and Europe.

Daniel’s earlier career includes leadership roles at Language Recruitment Services, Verlag Dashöfer Portugal, and Deutsche Bank Portugal, where he gained foundational experience in recruitment, learning & development, and HR operations. His global perspective and deep understanding of organizational culture make him a strong fit for Oatly’s people-first, sustainability-driven mission.
