Western Cape, South Africa, November 2025 – LRMG, a leading people and performance enablement company, has announced the appointment of Fabian Naidoo as Executive Head – Human Resources Operations. In his new role, Fabian will oversee HR operations across LRMG’s regional and global divisions, focusing on driving workforce readiness, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness to strengthen the company’s human capital framework.
With nearly two decades of experience in human resources and organizational transformation, Fabian Naidoo brings a strong background in people strategy, digital culture, and HR operations. Before joining LRMG, he served as People Partner (Vice President) at Absa Group, where he supported the Information Technology division in South Africa. Fabian led strategic initiatives that enhanced onboarding, workforce planning, and leadership engagement while integrating HR processes into the bank’s evolving digital ecosystem.
Prior to that, Fabian was Head of People at Liquid Thought, a technology and digital experience company based in Cape Town. There, he played a pivotal role in building a progressive workplace culture, implementing modern HR frameworks, and aligning people practices with the company’s rapid growth trajectory. His leadership in talent strategy and employee engagement was key to positioning Liquid Thought as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
Fabian spent over five years at Nedbank, where he served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Nedbank Digital and Design. He managed HR transformation initiatives, organizational design projects, and leadership development programs, bringing together creativity and structure to support high-performing, innovation-driven teams. His work at Nedbank showcased his ability to bridge technology and people strategy for sustainable impact.
Earlier in his career, Fabian held pivotal roles at Bayport Financial Services, Executech – The Recruitment Solution, and LabourNet, where he contributed to HR operations, industrial relations consulting, and talent management. His foundation was built through early-career roles at Woolworths, Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages, and Artscape Theatre Centre, where he developed core expertise in HR generalist functions, compliance, and employee engagement.
