AGDATA Appoints Abhishek Goyal as India HR Head

Pune, India, July 2026 — AGDATA, LP has appointed Abhishek Goyal as India HR Head, recognizing his contributions in scaling the company’s India operations and expanding his leadership responsibilities across the people function.

Over the years, Abhishek has progressed from leading Talent Acquisition to taking on broader responsibilities across recruitment, HR operations, HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development. In his new role, he will lead AGDATA’s people strategy in India, overseeing talent, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives.

Reflecting on his appointment, Abhishek said:

“Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow from leading Talent Acquisition to taking on broader HR responsibilities across recruiting, HR operations, business partnering, talent management, and organizational development.”

He further added:

“This move reflects the trust and confidence the leadership team at AGDATA has placed in me, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity.”

Acknowledging those who supported his journey, he said:

“A special thank you to Nitin Deore and Tracey Rader for their mentorship, guidance, and support throughout this journey. Your leadership has been instrumental in my growth.”

As India HR Head, Abhishek will lead the continued evolution of the HR function, focusing on talent strategy, leadership development, succession planning, employee experience, organizational health, workforce planning, and manager effectiveness. He will also oversee core HR operations, including payroll, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and compliance.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Manager – Human Resources and earlier as Manager – Talent Acquisition at AGDATA. During his tenure, he helped expand the company’s India Center of Excellence by more than 200% in two years and led hiring across critical engineering, product management, architecture, and quality assurance leadership roles.

Before joining AGDATA, Abhishek held multiple talent acquisition leadership positions at Mindbody, where he contributed to the rapid expansion of the company’s India operations and helped build engineering and product management teams. Earlier in his career, he worked with Symantec, Sampoorna Computer People, IBM Daksh, and Wipro BPO, building nearly two decades of experience across talent acquisition, HR leadership, and organizational development.
