In this expanded role, she will lead the organization’s people strategy, organizational design, and business transformation initiatives, aligning culture, talent, and commercial growth. Passionate about building inclusive, high-performing organizations, Dionne’s focus will be on integrating people and business strategy to drive sustained success across Talking Talent’s global operations.
Dionne has been associated with Talking Talent for the past two years, where she previously served as Global Head of HR. In this position, she was a key member of the Executive Committee (ExCo), shaping the company’s global people agenda and implementing innovative HR strategies to meet the evolving needs of the business. Her leadership was instrumental in designing frameworks that promoted employee engagement, inclusion, and organizational agility.
Before joining Talking Talent, Dionne served as Global Head of People & Culture at MetaEngine, where she led global HR transformation initiatives and talent development programs across geographies. She played a pivotal role in strengthening organizational culture and aligning people strategy with business objectives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Earlier, she was Lead HR Business Partner at The Hyde Group, managing HR operations, transformation programs, and DEI initiatives across the organization. Prior to that, she worked at Grant Thornton UK LLP as People Advisory Manager, consulting clients on talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Dionne also spent five years at JLT Specialty as an HR Business Partner, where she led talent management and employee development initiatives. Her earlier experience includes roles at Legal & General Investment Management, Credit Suisse, MetLife, Japan Tobacco International, and J.P. Morgan, giving her a strong foundation in global HR operations, relationship management, and strategic workforce planning.
A CIPD-qualified professional, Dionne brings over 18 years of experience in HR leadership across financial services, professional consulting, and global business environments. Her expertise spans DEI implementation, organizational transformation, talent strategy, and change management.
