Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2025 – Diptie Singh has been appointed as Country HR Leader at Knowde, marking a significant milestone in her extensive HR leadership journey. In this new role, Diptie will lead country-level human resources strategy, organization design, and talent transformation initiatives, supporting Knowde’s ongoing growth and innovation in the chemicals and ingredients sector.
Prior to joining Knowde, Diptie served as Senior Manager HR at Apotex Inc., where she led HR initiatives in India, focusing on organizational design, succession planning, and cultural transformation. She worked closely with leadership to align talent strategy with business goals and developed frameworks to enhance future readiness.
Before Apotex, she spent over ten years with ExxonMobil, where she held multiple roles including Human Resources Business Partner and India Talent Acquisition Supervisor. In her HRBP role, she supported operations across India, Indonesia, and the Pacific Islands, leading initiatives around talent strategy, employee engagement, and workforce planning. As Talent Acquisition Supervisor, she managed large-scale hiring efforts and campus outreach programs, scaling up ExxonMobil’s talent footprint in India.
Earlier in her career, Diptie held HR roles at Moody’s Analytics, and Altisource, and served , where she led end-to-end people strategy for multiple business units. Her experience in performance management, employee relations, and change management has contributed to her reputation as a results-driven HR leader with strategic foresight.
