With a wealth of experience in human resources, administration, compliance, and corporate communications, Anushka is poised to drive strategic HR initiatives and foster a dynamic organizational culture.
Anushka Ranasinghe joins Hirdaramani Group following an impactful tenure at TIMEX Garments as Chief People Officer, where he led a diverse team managing over 6,000 employees across various sectors. His leadership was marked by strategic restructuring, the execution of a comprehensive strategic roadmap, and innovative HR practices that positioned Timex Group as a leader in its industries.
Before TIMEX Garments, Anushka served as Chief People Officer at Asian Holdings Ltd in Bangladesh, where he spearheaded numerous HR and organizational development initiatives, including comprehensive employee welfare programs, innovative talent acquisition strategies, and cultural transformation efforts.
Anushka’s earlier roles include Group Director of HR & Administration at Gamma Pizzakraft Lanka Private Limited, where he launched region-first employee benefits and recognition programs, significantly reducing labor turnover and enhancing operational efficiency. He also served as Head of HR & Administration at Comfortwear Private Limited and as a Management Trainee at Lanka Equities.
