Berry, known for his exceptional leadership in driving commercial and operational success, steps into his new role with a rich background in enhancing business value, managing risk, and fostering sustainability, alongside a commendable ability to unify teams across diverse cultural and geographical landscapes.

James Berry expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “It’s an exciting time to be joining Diversified, a company that stands out for its expert understanding of the technological innovations and solutions needed to solve for today’s evolving client challenges especially in areas like artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and the shift to intelligent, hybrid workspaces. From consulting and design to installation, service and management, the size, scale, and complexity of Diversified’s projects are unmatched in the market. I look forward to contributing to our international success and further establishing our foothold as the top choice for clients seeking to maximise the value of their spaces, mitigate risks, and create unforgettable experiences.”

Berry’s career prior to joining Diversified includes a tenure as Managing Director at Atos, a leading digital consulting tech firm, along with key leadership positions at renowned financial institutions such as Worldpay, HSBC, and Standard Chartered. His experience leading global teams in these roles underscores his capability to navigate the intricacies of the tech and financial services industries.

Eric Hutto, CEO of Diversified, warmly welcomed Berry, emphasizing his broad sectoral expertise and deep knowledge of international markets as pivotal for Diversified’s continued expansion in the APAC region—a key strategic focus for the company. “We are delighted to welcome James to the Diversified team. His deep knowledge across various sectors, including technology, financial services, supply chain, and health managed services, combined with his rich understanding of various international markets, positions him as an ideal leader to continue driving our growth in the APAC region, which is a strategic priority for Diversified.”

Diversified’s prominence in the APAC region is highlighted by its successful delivery of several landmark projects. These include the deployment of an immersive audio system at Melbourne Cricket Ground, innovative digital signage for Lululemon retail spaces across multiple countries, and the audio-visual integration for Southern Hemisphere’s largest internal LED wall at 180 George St., Sydney’s Circular Quay, marking significant milestones in Diversified’s journey of creating cutting-edge technology solutions for its clients.
