Bengaluru, India – Divya Amarnath has taken on the role of Vice President of Global Human Resources at Lenskart.com. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, Amarnath brings extensive experience, having previously spearheaded human resources initiatives across major corporations in various sectors.
Before joining Lenskart.com, Amarnath had a successful stint at Flipkart, where she served for over five years in several pivotal HR roles. Most recently, she was the Senior Director and Head of HR for New Businesses from April 2023 to April 2024, leading strategic HR initiatives to prepare the business for scalability and significant growth. Prior to this, she was the Director of HR Strategy and M&A, and earlier, the Director of HR Tech and Head of HR for Flipkart Israel, focusing on integrating technology functions across various business ecosystems.
Amarnath also played a key role at XSEED Education.
Prior to XSEED, She played had a successful career of six years at Unilever, which further highlights her capability. She led HR service delivery and transformative HR practices for both white and blue-collared employees across extensive operational spans in India.
