New Delhi, India, January 2026 — KARL STORZ has announced the appointment of Divya Kashiv as Director – HR Business Partner, APAC. In her new role, Kashiv will lead the Asia–Pacific people strategy, organisational effectiveness agenda, leadership capability building, culture integration and HR transformation initiatives, strengthening workforce architecture across KARL STORZ’s rapidly growing regional footprint.
Divya Kashiv has joined KARL STORZ as Director – HR Business Partner, APAC, assuming responsibility for regional workforce strategy, leadership pipelines, performance culture, and digital HR modernisation across Asia–Pacific markets.
Prior to this, she served as Head – People & Culture at KARL STORZ Endoscopy India Pvt. Ltd., where she strengthened employer branding, HR operations, leadership development frameworks and culture transformation programs for India operations.
Earlier, Kashiv held senior HR leadership roles at Indospirit Group as General Manager – Human Resources, where she led multi-location HR strategy, organisational design, compliance and talent management initiatives.
She also served as Head – Human Resources at Tolexo Online Pvt. Ltd., building HR systems and people governance frameworks from the ground up for the fast-scaling ecommerce organisation.
Her leadership journey also includes a long tenure at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited as Assistant Vice President – Human Resource, where she led pan-India HR operations and workforce transformation initiatives for a large distributed workforce.
She began her HR leadership career at Krishna Printernational as HR & Operations Head, after initially working at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited in operational leadership roles.
