Mumbai, India, December 2025 — Divya Kathuria has taken on the role of Vice President – Learning, Capability Development and Talent Management at Publicis Groupe India — following an impactful seven-year stint as AVP – Learning, Talent and Engagement at JioStar (formerly part of Viacom18 Media Private Limited). In her new role, Kathuria will lead strategic efforts to strengthen the learning culture, accelerate capability building, and empower talent across Publicis Groupe’s broad network.
Over more than a decade, Kathuria has designed and executed transformative people strategies across diverse industries. At JioStar / Viacom18, she played a pivotal role in driving complex organizational transformations — implementing AI‑led solutions, designing a comprehensive skills taxonomy, revamping EVP (Employer Value Proposition), and rolling out leadership‑development programs that significantly enhanced managerial capability and employee engagement.
Earlier, she gained valuable experience supporting human‑capital and talent consulting functions at leading firms such as EY, Mercer and IBM, giving her deep exposure to diverse organizational contexts and HR practices. Kathuria holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from IFMR Graduate School of Business – Krea University and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Nagpur University — a combination that blends technical rigour with strategic HR and business insights.
In her new role at Publicis Groupe, Divya is expected to spearhead capability‑building initiatives, design learning frameworks, foster a continuous learning culture, and drive talent management strategies that align with the company’s dynamic, creative, and data-driven environment.
