London, United Kingdom, December 2025 – Dominique Seal has joined Catalyst Partners as Associate Director – People & Talent, bringing with her more than a decade of deep expertise in senior interim HR and transformation hiring. In this new role, Dominique will focus on connecting organisations across the UK with business-critical HR leaders and specialists to enable impactful and accelerated transformation journeys.
Operating in a hybrid capacity from London, she will play a key role in delivering Catalyst Partners’ mission to modernise HR recruitment by focusing on partnership-led, human-first hiring solutions. Her approach is rooted in business alignment, talent strategy, and stakeholder success.
Prior to joining Catalyst Partners, Dominique held senior leadership roles at Frazer Jones, where she led the Executive Interim HR & Transformation Practice, advising clients on large-scale change, restructuring, and people-focused transformation. Over nearly six years, she built a reputation for placing high-impact interim HR leaders in banking, private equity, healthcare, and tech-driven organisations.
Earlier in her career, Dominique spent over four years with Oakleaf Partnership, where she evolved from Consultant to Manager, placing interim HR professionals across all specialisms—from organisational design to employee relations and talent management.
Dominique began her career at Ortus, and has also spent time teaching and volunteering in Southeast Asia, which she credits with shaping her people-centric and empathetic leadership style.
Her academic foundation is in Organisational Psychology and Industrial Sociology from Rhodes University, giving her a robust grounding in the people dynamics that underpin effective business transformation.
