Before joining Blink Payment, Doug Gray served as Vice President – Head of Global Sales at Ravelin Technology, where he successfully led enterprise sales and SaaS growth strategies. His leadership resulted in major client acquisitions across North America, LATAM, APAC, and EMEA, significantly expanding the company’s market footprint. He has also held key leadership positions at FinTech Payment Consulting Limited, Maxa Group, and Ixaris, where he specialized in B2B payments, digital transformation, and revenue optimization.
